Join our team to lead Wraparound Care provision where children feel safe, supported, and inspired. You will manage daily operations, plan engaging activities, and guide a team—all while ensuring compliance and high-quality care. - Hours: 10 hours per week
- Weeks: 39 weeks per annum
- Actual salary for 10hrs pw, 39 weeks per yr TTO is £7125 (F1) & £7366 (F2) (£15.96 - £16.52 per hour)
Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
- Proven experience in childcare or education settings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, Health & Safety, and OFSTED requirements.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities for children.
- First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable:
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare, Playwork, or Early Years.
- Experience managing budgets and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Creative approach to problem-solving and activity planning.
- Confidence in liaising with parents and external agencies.
