We are looking for caring, nurturing Learning Support Assistants who will work term‑time only to support children’s learning in the classroom, breaktimes and lunchtime.

Responsibilities
- Support children’s learning and well‑being in the classroom, breaktimes and lunch periods.
- Assist with lessons and classroom management, offering individual support as required.
- Maintain and promote the school’s Christian ethos without requiring personal practice of the faith.
- Collaborate effectively with teaching and support staff, contributing initiatives to improve learning outcomes.
- Provide support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADD/ADHD or dyslexia, where feasible.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children, ideally in a school setting.
- Experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD or dyslexia is desirable but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to use initiative and exhibit good time‑management skills.
