Good Shepherd Trust is seeking a Governance & Compliance Lead to provide a high-quality governance and compliance function across the Trust. You will support the CEO with governance activities and lead on governance and compliance strands, including clerking the Trust board and committees, drafting key papers, and coordinating meeting papers.
You will maintain statutory records, policies, risk management, and confidentiality while liaising with Executive Headteachers and Local Governing Bodies.
