The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Junior Community & Advocacy Executive to support Suu Balm and Vytle’s ambassador, creator, influencer, community, public relations, media and partner content efforts. Working closely with the Digital Marketing team and broader Marketing team, you’ll help build meaningful relationships, coordinate real‑user and creator content, manage community touchpoints, and turn testimonials, reviews, press angles and product feedback into useful brand assets across digital, social, public relations, e‑commerce and retail channels.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the ambassador program, including recruitment, onboarding, briefs, engagement, content follow‑ups and performance tracking.
- Assist in artwork refreshes, email communications, and keeping the program active and organized.
- Source and shortlist relevant creators, KOLs, KOCs, UGC partners and brand advocates for Suu Balm and Vytle.
- Coordinate UGC, testimonials, reviews, before‑and‑after visuals, creator posts, ambassador content and reels for marketing use.
- Assist with public relations and media work, including press release inputs, media pitches, product information, story angles and follow‑ups with media contacts.
- Support paid content coordination with third‑party publishers, media partners or content partners, including timelines, briefs, product claims, draft checks, approvals, go‑live checks and basic reporting.
- Maintain clear trackers for ambassador activity, creator outreach, seedings, deliverables, content received, usage rights, media coverage, publisher content and affiliate activity.
- Prepare reporting updates on ambassador activity, creator content, UGC received, public relations or media coverage, paid partner content, affiliate activity and key learnings.
- Support community management across social, creator, ambassador and customer advocacy touchpoints, including monitoring tagged posts, responding to relevant DMs, comments, creator enquiries and ambassador questions, while escalating enquiries to the relevant internal teams where needed.
- Assist with Marketplace affiliate, livestream creator and UGC activities, including outreach, recruitment, product send‑outs, seeding, basic tracking, creator liaising and follow‑ups.
- Work with the marketing team to identify strong content, flag useful feedback, elevate sensitive enquiries and turn community insights into practical next steps.
- Support other ad‑hoc marketing activities, providing additional support where needed.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 1-2 years of hands‑on experience in marketing, social media, public relations, influencer marketing, ambassador programs, community management, e‑commerce support, publisher coordination or a related role. Candidates with strong internship experience in similar areas may also be considered.
- Diploma or above in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Comfortable doing outreach, writing clear follow‑ups and managing conversations with creators, ambassadors, media contacts, publishers, partners or other external stakeholders.
- Organized and detail‑oriented, with experience managing trackers, timelines, deliverables, basic reports and multiple moving parts.
- Good written communication skills, with a warm, professional and brand‑appropriate tone.
- Able to support simple press release inputs, media pitches, partner briefs and draft reviews with attention to accuracy and brand tone.
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, reels, creator content, UGC formats, affiliate content and social media trends.
- Good content sense, with the ability to spot creator posts that feel engaging, trustworthy and suitable for repurposing.
- Proactive, responsive and resourceful, someone who follows through without needing to be chased.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving SME environment where priorities can shift and execution matters.
- Interest in skincare, sensitive skin, eczema care, personal care or consumer products is a plus.
