As Good One Deals continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and commercially aware Warehouse Operations Manager who can take complete ownership of our warehouse function, drive operational excellence and build a highly efficient, accurate and scalable operation.
We need someone who understands warehouse operations inside out, from inventory control and stock accuracy to workflow optimisation, systems, people management and fulfilment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Industry Experience – A strong background in managing high-volume warehouse or distribution operations.
- Inventory Accuracy & Control – The ability to implement robust stock control processes, maintain exceptional inventory accuracy and eliminate discrepancies.
- Workflow & Process Expertise – A thorough understanding of warehouse workflows, including goods-in, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
- Systems & Technology – Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory systems, barcode scanning and technology-driven warehouse operations.
- Leadership & Accountability – Someone capable of leading, developing and holding warehouse teams accountable while creating a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Operational Efficiency – The ability to identify bottlenecks, optimise warehouse layouts, improve productivity and introduce scalable processes.
- End-to-End Ownership – Complete responsibility for warehouse performance, stock integrity, team management, operational KPIs and day-to-day execution.
