What Will You Do as Carer- Deliver high‑quality, compassionate care tailored to the individual needs of clients in their own homes.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, creating a positive overall impression for clients and their families.
- Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Engage in meaningful conversation and activities to stimulate and encourage clients.
- Assist with errands and accompanying clients to appointments or outings as required.
- Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential – full training and professional development are provided.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, able to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
