We are looking for a driven Deputy Manager to help run our premium service in Maidenhead and Windsor. This role is designed for a future leader. The Opportunity
You will be the "engine room" of the branch. While the Director focuses on business development, you will ensure our care delivery is flawless. This is a hands-on operational role where you will learn the commercial side of care while honing your compliance skills.
What You Will Do
- Operational Leadership: Manage the daily running of the service, including rostering, care coordination, and fielding enquiries.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct care assessments, reviews, and spot checks to ensure we maintain our "premium" standards.
- Team Support: Mentor and support our team of Care Professionals, helping with recruitment and inductions.
- Compliance: Assist with audits and ensure all files are CQC-ready.
- On-Call: Participate in the on-call rota to support the team out of hours.
About You
- Experience: You have solid experience in Domiciliary Care as a Care Coordinator, Field Supervisor, or Senior Carer.
- Qualifications: You hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and are keen to study for your Level 5 (which we will fund).
- Skills: You are highly organized, IT literate (rostering systems), and understand CQC regulations.
- Attitude: You are hungry for progression. You want to run your own branch one day.
- Essential: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
