Help make ageing well at home the new norm. GoodOaks is a values-led homecare franchise on a mission to change what growing older looks like. Across 35 locations, our franchise partners deliver outstanding care in their own communities – and we have big plans to scale our impact across the country. That kind of growth doesn’t happen on its own. It needs stronger systems, deeper support, and sharper operational execution. It needs someone who can make the right things actually happen, everywhere, consistently.
The role involves leading the performance and effectiveness of our franchise network. You’ll be the integrator of the business – connecting strategy to execution, aligning teams, and owning the core drivers of franchise success: performance, recruitment, franchisee support, operational systems, and financial discipline, working alongside our specialist compliance and marketing leads. You’ll be equally at home zooming out to shape how we scale, and zooming in to fix what’s not working in a single office.
What you’ll own:
- Network performance – Drive results across the network, support franchisees to grow sustainably and profitably, and spot underperformance early so you can step in before it becomes a problem.
- Franchise partner relationships – Build trusted, honest relationships with franchise partners, balancing genuine support with the challenge that helps them raise their game.
- Recruitment & capacity – Lift recruitment performance across the network and shorten the time it takes new offices to reach capacity and break-even.
- Systems & scalability – Put scalable systems and processes in place, and standardise the best practices that already work well somewhere in the network.
- Financial discipline – Strengthen commercial understanding among franchise partners and sharpen how KPIs are used and reported.
- Internal alignment – Keep central teams and the franchise network pulling in the same direction, in close partnership with our quality and marketing leads.
What success looks like:
- Franchise partners reaching break-even faster
- Higher revenue and profitability per location
- Franchise partners who feel genuinely well supported
- Stronger, more consistent operations across the board
- Clear, visible momentum toward 70 locations
About you:
You’ve earned your stripes in complex, multi-site or franchise operations. You think strategically but you execute in the detail. You build relationships people trust, and you’re comfortable holding others – and yourself – to account. Above all, you want your work to matter, and you’re drawn to a business built around a mission worth caring about.
Why this role matters:
This is a pivotal role in the next stage of GoodOaks’ growth. Get it right, and you’ll help build a network that delivers consistently excellent care, supports its franchise partners properly, and sets a new standard for homecare in this country.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary, reviewed in line with experience, plus real incentives and travel expenses across the network
- Genuine flexibility – a hybrid role built around where the work is, not where a desk is
- A seat at the table during a defining stage of the business, reporting directly to the Founder
- A values-led team that cares about doing right by its franchisees, their carers, and the people they support
- A hybrid role, combining 2–3 days per week in the National Office with remote work and time spent with our franchise partners
