We’re looking for a Care Coordinator to join our brilliant team in Barnet & Enfield.

This crucial role ensures our clients receive exceptional care.

The role involves organising schedules based on clients' requested call times and care professional availability, as well as maintaining effective communication with staff, clients, families, and professionals.

This role is currently a 50% service based role, you would be expected to cover care calls as required.

What will you do?

  • Producing weekly rotas and care scheduling to ensure adequate provision of care
  • Carry our care assessment and communicating with clients
  • Undertake regular care visits including being available evening and weekends when needed
  • Daily troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Managing staff absence, allocating calls, and cancelling care calls when necessary
  • Facilitating Good Oaks in providing a continuous and reliable service

Who are you?

  • You’re a highly organised and efficient co-ordinator with a people focused approach
  • You’re a strong communicator with all types of people and ability to remain positive and build relationships with clients
  • You are IT confident enabling effective scheduling, team contact and work planning
  • You’re have experience using ACP or an other care software package
  • You’re highly reliable and able to foster a strong team ethos and keep morale high
  • You are growth focused and support continued development of yourself and the team
  • You are dedicated with high energy levels
  • You're willing to undertake a DBS check to work with vulnerable adults

What do we offer?

  • 18.75 hours per week
  • £12 -£14k salary plus annual reviews
