What Will You Do as Carer

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential – full training and professional development are provided.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, able to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
  • A strong overall impression of care, compassion, and respect in every interaction.
  • Dedication, empathy, integrity, and professionalism are essential personal traits for this role.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends, to best support our clients’ needs.
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is an advantage.
