What Will You Do as Carer

- Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
- Engage in meaningful conversation and activities to stimulate and encourage clients.
- Assist with errands and accompanying clients to appointments or outings as required.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential – full training and professional development are provided.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, able to build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- A strong overall impression of care, compassion, and respect in every interaction.
- Dedication, empathy, integrity, and professionalism are essential personal traits for this role.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends, to best support our clients’ needs.
