- Work closely with Business, Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to turn strategy into actionable design, identifying high-impact problems and driving alignment on priorities.
- Simplify complex, ambiguous systems with a user-first, systems-thinking approach balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Craft elegant, intuitive solutions for complex tasks, ensuring clarity, consistency, and high-quality interactions by contributing to and extending our design system.
- Use research and data to iterate quickly prototyping, testing, and refining based on user insights.
- Shape long-term vision and design culture, contributing to critiques, workshops, and reviews, and raising the quality bar across the team.
What you’ll need:
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience within UX or Product Design, with at least one year in financial services.
- A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and product intuition, with comprehensive expertise in layout, typography, hierarchy, motion, and interaction design.
- Experience designing for financial services, fintech or enterprise software, with a proven ability to turn complex, data-heavy workflows into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Experience as an influential designer who ships impactful, strategic work.
- Strong design point of view and understanding of how to balance customer needs with business needs.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills across design, product, and engineering disciplines.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
