We’re looking for a creative powerhouse to take full ownership of our video content and social media strategy. If you live and breathe content, love making ideas go viral, and have the technical skills to shoot, edit, and optimise videos across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, shoot, edit, and publish social-first video content
  • Lead the content calendar for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and Stories
  • Edit fast-turnaround, trend-led videos as well as long-form YouTube content
  • Work closely with the wider production team on shoots, capturing both behind-the-scenes and core campaign content
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and creative team to bring campaigns to life
  • Analyse content performance to optimise for engagement, reach, and audience growth
  • Contribute new ideas to our content direction and brand storytelling

Requirements

  • Proven experience producing and editing video content for social media (portfolio or work examples required)
  • Strong editing skills — Premiere Pro a plus (Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve also acceptable)
  • Comfortable self-shooting with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic lighting setups
  • In-depth knowledge of platform-specific content trends and formats
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail
  • Organised, reliable and able to work independently and in a team
  • Able to work in-office at our Orpington location at least 4 days per week
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle highly desirable
