You’ll be the first voice new members hear — the friendly, upbeat face of Good Life+. Your job? To connect, engage, and bring new members into the fold with energy and enthusiasm.

• Engage and convert: Handle a high volume of inbound calls, introducing prospects to the benefits of our membership and instant win games.
• Inspire and onboard: Turn interest into action, guiding new members through their onboarding experience with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver excellence: Meet and exceed daily KPIs and sales targets, setting the standard for success.
• Build relationships: Create genuine connections, providing a personal touch that leaves members feeling valued and excited.
• Stay sharp: Use your sales skills to qualify leads, handle objections, and close with confidence.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for ambitious, confident individuals who bring personality, positivity, and persistence to every conversation.
• 1+ year of sales or call centre experience, ideally with cold-calling or direct sales exposure.
• Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Strong sales and negotiation ability — you know how to turn a “maybe” into a “yes”.
• Confident using digital systems and tech-savvy when managing customer data.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Resilience and adaptability — you thrive under pressure and love hitting goals.
• Ideally, you live within 30 minutes of Orpington and are ready to join our fun, fast-paced environment.
