Key Responsibilities: You will call on your experience to help manage our Call Centre, which covers our cancellation, new account and customer service enquiries. It’s an exciting opportunity to influence the team’s shape from the beginning, where you will then provide ongoing support, training and motivation to drive performance when the team are dealing with inbound enquiries and outbound calls to prospects at various stages of the customers journey. You will hold regular team meetings, 121’s and performance reviews, alongside coaching and development, as well as acting as the point of escalation for customers. Your team’s ultimate mission is to maximise customer sign ups, upgrades and down sells and using objection handling skills to minimise cancellations. Daily Duties: Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner. Outgoing calls for customer feedback and membership upgrades. Measurement and ongoing monitoring of team performance. Developing and delivering training plans to the team. Share feedback with managers to aid continual improvement. What We Offer: Competitive salary Basic £40-£58k (OTE £55-£68k) with 31 Days Holiday a year (incl. Bank Holiday). Working Days are Monday to Friday, 8.30 – 17.30 and early finish at 17:00 on Fridays.
