The Role
This is a hands-on account management role focused on running multiple sports partnerships at once. You will be the primary point of contact for football clubs on a day-to-day basis, ensuring communication is clear, delivery runs smoothly and partner expectations are consistently met. You will manage relationships operationally, coordinating launches, campaigns and ongoing activity across internal teams while maintaining strong working relationships with club stakeholders. This role requires strong organisation, energy and attention to detail. You must be able to prioritise effectively, manage multiple deadlines and keep delivery on track in a fast-paced environment. This is an execution role. Success depends on reliability, structure and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving at the same time.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for football clubs and sports partners
- Manage onboarding and launch of new white label partnerships
- Coordinate campaigns, promotions and partner activity across multiple accounts
- Keep timelines, deliverables and stakeholders aligned across internal teams
- Ensure partner communications, assets and campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
- Track partnership performance and provide clear reporting to partners
- Support renewals and commercial discussions with partners
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and grow partnership value
- Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain strong working relationships with club stakeholders
- Work closely with internal teams across marketing, product, operations and creative
Skills and Experience
- Experience in account management, partnerships or project management roles
- Experience working within football, sports sponsorship or partnership environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong prioritisation skills and ability to manage competing demands
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with partners and internal teams
- Commercial awareness and understanding of how partnerships drive revenue
