Being a boutique solicitors firm located in central London we are looking for a motivated and organised individual with excellent creative ability to join our team as a full-time Marketing/Graphic Designer Intern.

This is a great placement to build your portfolio, learn what it is like to work in the Legal Industry, and explore your creativity.

You will be working closely with our Managing Director and the team on several ongoing projects.

To succeed in this role, you need strong attention to detail, initiative, and an excellent eye for detail.

This is an unpaid internship, but we can provide a daily allowance for travel and lunch.

You should have excellent writing and communication skills.

You will be doing the following

  • Create and design social media assets, including editing of still images, graphics, animations and videos;
  • Help design social media posts (photos, videos, gifs) and other marketing-related duties on an ad hoc basis;
  • Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work;
  • Conceptualise visuals based on requirements;
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas;
  • Prepare ready-to-print materials;

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience of graphic design fundamentals (Solid understanding of key Graphic Design principles: layout, colour, hierarchy, typography, imagery... etc.)
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, mainly Photoshop & Illustrator
  • An eye for detail with good organization and planning skills is very desirable.
  • Be able to present with confidence to be able to pitch your ideas.
  • Enjoy solving problems and can do so without direct supervision.

The term is 3-6 months, with an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.

  • Salary: Daily allowance (Transport and Lunch)
  • Location: Vauxhall (easily accessible from Nine Elms and Vauxhall stations).
  • Job type: Internship.

  • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30.
