Monitor engineering deliverables, procurement activities, system configuration, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning; identify delays and implement recovery actions.

Budget: Prepare progress claims, invoicing, variations, change orders, subcontractor claims, vendor coordination; support cash flow, contract compliance, risk mitigation.

Stakeholder: Lead project coordination meetings; provide regular project updates; support technical clarifications, contractual discussions, issue resolution, dispute management.

Risk and Safety: Coordinate mitigation plans; address relay coordination conflicts, communication/network integration issues, IEC 61850 interoperability; ensure compliance with company WSH policies, Singapore regulations, client and project quality requirements; coordinate site safety compliance.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate handovers from Sales to Project Delivery; work with engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning teams; ensure relay settings, IEC 61850 SCL files, protection panel installation, testing and commissioning using protection testing equipment.

Documentation and Handover: Ensure complete and accurate project documentation including as-built drawings, relay settings files, SCL files, commissioning reports, operation.
