You are responsible for providing a good experience to guests and support to the team:

  • Welcome and assist all guests.
  • Provide information to guests about facilities, services and activities at the hotel.
  • Follow up with guests staying at the hotel and deal with potential complaints in the bar or restaurant.
  • Assist Front Office should they need support and help keep the public areas clean and tidy.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, feedback and comments, taking responsibility for achieving specified goals.
  • Coordinate operations in all F&B outlets and keep areas clean and stocked up.
  • Assist with orders where needed.
  • Plan and execute events to a high standard.
  • Offer support, guidance and training to junior team members, including organising team meetings and ensuring efficient communication.
  • Guarantee effective communication with other teams.
  • Ensure all payments are correctly posted and balanced, and cash float is checked and recorded.
  • Take care of administration tasks such as reporting, SOPs, reservations, and function sheets.
  • Support your line manager on her/his tasks, including recruitment.
  • Guarantee food hygiene standards and safety.
  • In the event of an emergency, coordinate the hotel's evacuation and ensure guest safety.
  • Actively support the Good Training project as a mentor or trainer.
