ABOUT THIS ROLE

The role of a supervisor is key to developing the business, ensuring a senior point of contact is available in stores with multiple team members, building customer loyalty and driving sales revenue to achieve targets set and above. The successful candidate will be responsible for the store team achieving sales targets, maximizing profitability, and ultimately growing sales revenue through raising the profile of ghd. The Supervisor will be accountable for their line reports pending the size of the team, always ensuring compliance and development They will take full ownership and responsibility for the business and report directly into the Regional Manager.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively drive sales and ensure that KPI targets are met, personally and through the team - Strive to exceed these and instill a selling culture within the ghd space.
  • Assess and collate weekly/monthly sales figures and business analysis - Report such information as and when requested.
  • To share trading insights.
  • Take ownership of personal and team performance.
  • Always drive & ensure 100% compliance through team members.
  • Ensure the visual and commercial presentation of the ghd counter is always maintained to the highest standard and aligned to the marketing vision.
  • Maintain high standards of stock replenishment and ensure all items are on display and correctly priced, working with RM on forward demand stock needs.
  • Prepare and submit high quality, timely, accurate and complete reporting as requested by ghd management.
  • Complete team rota scheduling as per company guidelines.
  • Manage team holidays and absence through company portal and ensure that this is accurate at all times.
  • First point of call for all team People queries/issues and feed back to Regional Manager.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external brands and stores to drive and maximise marketing and event opportunities.
  • Attend all Regional and companywide training, conferences and conference calls.
  • Ensure full compliance with host store rules and regulations.
  • Promote a positive work environment by maintaining a respectful workplace and following ghd and store procedures
  • Act in a position of seniority within the Region as agreed with the Regional Manager.

  • Right to work in the location advertised.
  • Ability to travel when required.
