ABOUT THIS ROLE

Are you passionate about beauty and driven by results? We’re looking for a commercially astute Beauty Advisor to join our team. Someone who brings energy, creativity, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction. You’ll be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional service, building lasting relationships, and driving sales through engaging experiences. If you’re motivated by KPIs, love building a client base, and know how to turn conversations into conversions, this is the role for you. Please note this position is split between two store locations and is 32 hours per week.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Driving Retail Performance:
    • Hit and exceed individual and counter sales goals and KPIs
    • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, creating a personalised and welcoming experience
    • Build authentic relationships in-store to foster loyalty and repeat business
    • Promote upcoming events, offers, and brand activations
    • Create buzz through engaging in-store experiences
    • Cross-sell and up-sell across the product range
    • Organise and participate in promotional activities
    • Offer expert tips and techniques to meet individual beauty needs
    • Create your own in-store events to generate excitement and drive traffic
  • Elevating the Customer Experience:
    • Deliver tailored consultations and product demonstrations
    • Immerse customers in the brand’s heritage and product stories
    • Inspire customers to build beauty routines that reflect their unique style

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 year in sales, business development, or retail
  • Proven track record of hitting commercial targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Creative thinker with fresh ideas and a flair for spotting opportunities
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting
  • Passion for beauty, spa, or wellness (experience of working in these industries is preferred but not essential)
  • Must be able to work weekends
