Summary: We are seeking a motivated and personable Office Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with pharmacies and health stores, handling both inbound and outbound sales, and driving revenue all from our office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, health stores, and other clients.
  • Engage with new and existing customers via phone, email, and in person.
  • Present and sell company products/services.
  • Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and basic CRM systems.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

What We Offer:

  • Salary £27,000 plus (depending on experience).
