Working Hours & Location
Hybrid working: Most of our team spends 1–2 days per week in the office. Core hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM UK time (flexible start and finish times). Some travel may be required for client meetings (with notice).

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly and clients stay delighted. You’ll work closely with our Client Engagement Directors, as well as our Development and Insight teams, to deliver high-impact changes.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Managing client relationships – Acting as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
- Overseeing project milestones – Keeping projects on track by managing timelines, dependencies, and internal planning.
- Aligning teams & resources – Working closely with developers, analysts, and strategists to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinating planning with clients – Leading conversations around priorities, expectations, and deliverables.
- Ensuring internal & external project visibility – Keeping teams aligned with clear reporting and documentation.
- Managing QA & knowledge sharing – Ensuring lessons are learned and shared across the team.
- Helping refine our processes – Improving efficiency and ensuring best-in-class project delivery.

Essential Skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
