Our Mission & Vision
At Good Growth, we help businesses innovate online without getting bogged down by legacy tech and slow-moving process. We believe growth shouldn't mean grinding - for our clients, or for our own team. The People Coordinator plays a big part in that: keeping recruitment, onboarding and office life running smoothly so the rest of us can focus on doing our best work.

Why This Role Matters
Recruitment, office management and HR admin are the engine room of a scaling business - when they work well, nobody notices; but when they don't, everything slows down. This role exists to make sure they work well. You'll be the person keeping interviews on track, the office running like clockwork, and new starters set up for a great first week. It's a brilliant, varied role for someone who likes to own things end to end and takes real pride in the details other people miss.

You'll love this role if you enjoy...
- Juggling a few different things at once and keeping every plate spinning
- Being the go-to person candidates and colleagues can rely on
- Making a process better instead of just following it
- Getting stuck into the practical, hands-on side of People work
This role may not be right for you if...
- You'd rather focus on one deep strategic project than lots of moving parts
- You prefer to work mostly from home
- You're looking for a purely admin role with no room to shape how things are done
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Recruitment Coordination - Managing interview scheduling, room/video logistics, and keeping candidates and hiring managers in the loop throughout the process.
- Applicant Tracking - Keeping our ATS pipeline clean and current, and reporting on time-to-hire and where candidates drop off.
- Job Ads & Sourcing - Posting and managing live job ads across job boards and our careers page, and supporting sourcing and screening on high-volume roles.
- Offers & Contracts - Drafting offer letters and contracts, and supporting hiring managers through the offer stage.
- Office Management - Running the day-to-day office: supplies, deliveries, and liaising with the building, facilities and vendors.
- Health & Safety - Acting as our office point of contact for health & safety, including fire marshal and first aider duties where required.
- Events & Culture - Organising team socials, all-hands logistics and other in-office events.
- Onboarding Support - Coordinating right-to-work checks, new starter paperwork, and a smooth first week for every new joiner.
- HR Administration - Keeping our HR records accurate, being a first point of contact for straightforward employee queries, and pitching in on ad hoc People projects.
