Our work spans governance reviews, leadership development, culture and OD programmes, strategy development, thought leadership initiatives, and sector‑wide networks such as the Festival of Governance.

Role

We are looking for a curious, thoughtful and people‑focused junior consultant to join our OD practice. You’ll support the design and delivery of OD and culture programmes that help clients build healthier, more effective and resilient organisations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting design and delivery of OD and culture projects, including diagnostics, workshops and leadership development programmes
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform insights and recommendations
  • Assisting with facilitation and delivery (workshops, interviews, surveys, feedback sessions)
  • Helping design frameworks, tools and materials to strengthen culture and capability
  • Contributing to internal learning, knowledge management and OD thought leadership
  • Supporting business development and proposals

About you:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in OD, business, HR or related field
  • Experience in OD, change, HR, research or consultancy
  • Confidence with qualitative/quantitative data and analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Curiosity, self‑awareness and commitment to personal learning
  • Comfortable working remotely with some travel
  • Experience facilitating workshops or focus groups
  • Understanding of governance and organisational culture
  • Experience in sectors such as health, education or wider public sector

This junior consultant role provides essential support across consultancy programmes, contributing research, analysis, facilitation and coordination to help deliver high‑quality projects in governance, organisational development, cultural diagnostics, leadership and strategic reviews.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting governance reviews, board effectiveness assessments, cultural diagnostics and strategy development projects
  • Participating in client meetings, workshops and events
  • Researching, analysing and interpreting information for evidence‑based insights
  • Drafting reports, presentations and recommendations
  • Coordinating project tasks, logistics and timelines

Training and development

  • Supporting governance and leadership training
  • Assisting with major events such as the Festival of Governance
  • Engaging in internal learning, mentoring and development

Business development and thought leadership

  • Research for proposals and tenders
  • Supporting new client relationships
  • Contributing to blogs, publications and events
  • Supporting internal knowledge management

Team and culture

  • Working collaboratively across project teams
  • Contributing to an inclusive, values‑driven organisational culture
