Role Description
We are looking for a Full-time remote Performance Brand Manager for our markets. As a Performance Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies that drive conversion, retention in the EU Market. You will work in collaboration with our marketing team and external partners to achieve business objectives. You will also be required to analyze and evaluate the performance of campaigns and report on the ROI of marketing investments.
Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, SEM, and display channels for the German market.

Analyze data and all relevant KPIs to derive actionable insights, contributing to strategic decision-making and continuous campaign improvement.

Examine and enhance the performance of campaigns by leveraging data-driven insights and understanding the media behavior of German consumers.

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and drive innovation.

Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and GA4 for in-depth performance analysis.

Stay updated on new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for effective performance management and optimization purposes.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in Performance Marketing and experience in working in a competitive German Market.

Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Tiktok.

Examine and enhance the performance of campaigns by leveraging data-driven insights and understanding the media behavior of German consumers.

Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and drive innovation.
