Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Food Production Operator located in Rochester. The Food Production Operator will be responsible for operating, managing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure the efficient blending, packaging, and storage of products. Daily responsibilities include monitoring production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, maintaining food hygiene, and completing routine equipment inspections. The role will also involve collaborating with other team members and reporting any operational issues to supervisors for prompt resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining production or packaging machinery
• Knowledge of food hygiene practices and quality control processes
• Basic understanding of HACCP principles and food safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work on‑site in Rochester as part of a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing setting is a plus
