Are you passionate about renewable energy and looking for a role where you can make a tangible impact? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Solar PV Surveyor to join our team and help us deliver high-quality solar PV installations to commercial properties. In addition, there will be an increasing requirement to assess the feasibility for commercial battery and EV Charger solutions, as the business expands the product offering.
In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll be responsible for conducting site surveys to assess the feasibility of solar PV installations, designing systems, and working closely with our project teams to ensure successful delivery. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will also be the key point of contact with customers, addressing any questions and providing support throughout the process.
Responsibilities:- Conduct site surveys on commercial properties to assess the feasibility of solar PV, battery and EV charger installations.
- Collect and analyse data related to energy usage, roof space, shading, site logistics, and access.
- Design solar PV systems using specialised software.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, ensuring smooth communication and project flow.
- Respond to customer queries, providing clear and helpful information about solar PV systems during site surveys.
- Work collaboratively with the project team.
