Responsibilities
- Customer consultations: Conduct in-home visits to assess suitability for solar, understanding homeowner needs, and provide tailored proposals.
- Lead conversion: Turn inbound enquiries into successful installations with expert advice and a consultative approach.

What you’ll need to succeed

Hybrid working explained
Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role, we’re looking for candidates to be based in our Chippenham, Wiltshire office. For this role it will mostly be based around the Bristol area and we’re looking for candidates who can work from our office 2-3 times a Month, with flexibility to work from home and travel to clients' houses as required. We offer both formal and informal flexible working options. Full-time hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. The office is fully accessible, allowing everyone to participate fully in their working lives regardless of any mobility challenges. We promote work-life balance and flexibility through hybrid working, which combines both remote and office work.
