We’re looking for a passionate and driven Domestic Solar Sales Consultant to join our team and play a key role in bringing clean, affordable energy to homes across the UK. Specialising in residential solar and battery storage, you’ll carry out personalised home consultations and surveys, helping homeowners make informed decisions that lower their bills and reduce their carbon footprint. From first contact to post-installation, you’ll support customers every step of the way, delivering expert advice and outstanding service. You’ll work from a mix of warm leads and your own network through referrals and local outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Customer consultations: Conduct in-home visits to assess suitability for solar, understanding homeowner needs, and provide tailored proposals.
- Lead conversion: Turn inbound enquiries into successful installations with expert advice and a consultative approach.
- Pipeline growth: Build your own pipeline through referrals, community events, and local networking.

Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role, we’re looking for candidates to be based in our Chippenham, Wiltshire office. For this role we’re looking for candidates who can work from our office 2-3 times a Month, with flexibility to work from home the rest of the time. We offer both formal and informal flexible working options. Full-time hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
