In this role, you\’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver transformative change projects, with an initial focus on a key regulatory change program (Market-Wide Half-Hourly Settlement – MHHS). Your analysis will directly shape the future of how Good Energy operates, ensuring our people, systems and processes are future-ready.

This role will evolve and grow alongside Good Energy\’s exciting growth plans; however, the following are focused on the role\’s key responsibilities in the MHHS program until end of 2026:
Responsibilities:

- Testing & data: Support the development and completion of test plans to prove readiness and perform data analysis across technical process areas to make sure requirements and obligations are met.
- Third-party engagement: Collaborate with external solution and service providers to ensure alignment and progress against milestones.
- Training & support: Assist with learning needs analysis and training planning, to ensure teams are upskilled in the required areas, at the right time.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Proactively identify when, where and why additional teams need to be engaged as program requirements evolve, working closely with the project manager to ensure the wider team are aware of responsibilities and deadlines e.g. system development requirements.
