- Learning Needs Analysis: Collaborate with operational leaders to identify skill gaps and performance challenges, ensuring learning solutions are targeted and aligned with business goals.
- Design & Deliver: Create and deliver practical, outcome-focused learning across face-to-face sessions, virtual workshops and digital formats to build both immediate and long-term capability.
- Program Management: Manage end-to-end delivery of learning programs, including scheduling, communications, facilitation and evaluation for a seamless learning experience.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the review and sign-off of digital learning content to ensure clarity, consistency, compliance, and alignment with both learner needs and company standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Use learner feedback and data to evaluate impact and continually improve learning solutions that drive performance.
- Support Leaders: Equip leaders with tools, resources and pathways to coach, develop and empower their teams through self-directed growth.
- Embed Change: Partner with project managers and operational leaders to deliver training on new systems, products and processes, supporting our mission for a cleaner, greener future.
What you\’ll need to succeed
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience designing and delivering learning in operational, performance-driven environments that lead to measurable impact.
- Experience working in the energy sector or similarly regulated, compliance-driven industries.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end learning delivery, including coordination, clear communication, and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Skilled in leveraging data, learner feedback and evaluation metrics to assess learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with colleagues across all levels and functions to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Experience coaching individuals or teams to support growth and embed learning in the workplace.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and delivery cycles while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Proven expertise in managing and curating Knowledge Management Systems to maintain comprehensive, user-friendly, and accessible learning resource libraries.
- Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification in Learning and Development or HR.
- Hands-on experience creating and editing eLearning content using Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools.
