We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Solar Installer / Roofer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality Solar PV installations for both commercial customers.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, so we’re seeking candidates with experience in Solar PV or Roofing. You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, often at heights, so physical fitness and a readiness to tackle challenges are essential.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work site
- Assist with unloading deliveries and moving materials
- Perform general labouring duties as required

You’ll be someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative team, where working together to achieve great results is key. Whether you’re installing solar PV systems or taking on roofing tasks, your expertise will help drive the success of our projects.
While a CSCS card is desirable, we’re happy to support you in getting this certification if you don’t already have one. All you’ll need is a full driver’s license and your own transport, as this role involves travelling to multiple sites.

Essentials:
- Experience in PV Installations or Roofing
- Confident with working at heights
- CSCS card (or happy to train towards it)
- Full UK driver’s license
- Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
Hours: Basic hours are Monday – Friday 08:00-16:00 but must be happy to do additional hours and overnight stays away as required. Our current working hours are 35 a week, however these will be increasing to 40 hours from January 2026.
