- Lead end-to-end proposition development aligned with our strategic vision, from ideation through to launch..
- Drive customer-centricity by identifying needs through research, developing hypotheses, and validating propositions with customers.
- Effectively manage proposition delivery through the full product lifecycle, ensuring successful go-to-market and desired customer/financial outcomes.
- Manage delivery teams including internal and external delivery partners, ensuring clear requirements, timelines, and high performance.
- Oversee delivery performance monitoring, defining success criteria and providing updates to key stakeholders.
- Proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
- Prioritise and manage proposition backlogs to optimise development efforts.
- Foster strong collaboration and communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion a test-and-learn approach, using data and insights to inform decisions, continuously improve our offering, and confidently pivot or terminate propositions when needed.

- Proven ability to drive change and manage projects.

- Collaborative team player experienced in multi-discipline environments.
- Proficient in developing commercially and strategically focused business cases.
- First-hand experience and firm understanding of the UK energy/energy services market.
