Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the seamless operation of our commercial projects by managing administrative tasks, supporting our commercial team, and providing excellent customer service, contributing to our renewable energy initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Respond to emails and phone calls promptly and professionally, managing all communications for the commercial team.
- Project Administration: Create and maintain project files and documentation, ensuring records are current and accessible for surveyors.
- Team Support: Assist the Head of Commercial Operations and the Commercial Manager with tasks such as tender and bid writing, booking accommodations, and issuing Purchase Orders.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support by resolving issues efficiently and assisting with reactive team tasks.
