In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality Solar PV installations for both commercial and residential properties. As Team Leader, you’ll guide a team of PV Installers/Roofers, ensuring daily tasks are clear and carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, where the ideal candidate will have experience in Solar PV or Roofing. You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, often at heights, so physical fitness and a readiness to tackle challenges are essential.

What you’ll need to succeed:
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Solar Installation / Roofing Team Leader with hands-on experience to join our growing team. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working at heights, and takes a proactive approach to getting the job done, we want to hear from you! You’ll love being part of a collaborative team, where working together to achieve great results is key. Whether you’re installing solar PV systems or taking on roofing tasks, your expertise will help drive the success of our projects. While a CSCS card is desirable, we’re happy to support you in getting this certification if you don’t already have one. All you’ll need is a full driver’s license and your own transport, as this role involves travelling to multiple sites.
Essentials:
- Experience in PV Installations or Roofing
- Experience in leading a team
- Confident with working at heights
- CSCS card (or happy to train towards it)
- Full driver’s license
- Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
Our base of Operations: Office, warehouse, and beyond; Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role, we’re looking for candidates based in the east midlands. The position will involve some travel, including occasional overnight stays. Our working hours are 40 a week, Monday - Friday.
