Our hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm. Due to the nature of this role, there will be a requirement to complete extra hours and overnight stays when needed.

  • This is a hands-on role managing multiple sites and installer teams, with full responsibility from pre-start through to handover.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Fully qualified electrician with Site Manager / QS experience.
  • Proven track record delivering commercial or industrial installations (Solar PV ideal).
  • Strong team leadership and ability to manage multiple sites/teams.
  • Solid understanding of health & safety on-site.
  • Confident dealing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organised and comfortable with reporting and documentation.
  • Willing to be hands-on when needed to keep projects moving.

Essentials:

  • ECS Card + relevant safety certs (Working at Height, Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • AM2 / 2391 Test & Inspection (or EAL equivalent).

Desirables:

  • SMSTS / IOSH Managing Safely (or willing to obtain).
  • CPR / First Aid certification.

Your base of Operations:

Office, warehouse, and beyond. Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role, we’re looking for candidates based in the North East, with Lincoln being the headquarters for this role. The position will involve travel, including overnight stays.

Our working hours are 40 a week, Monday - Friday.
