In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality Solar PV installations for both commercial and residential properties. As Team Leader, you will guide a team of PV Installers/Roofers, ensuring daily tasks are clear and carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, where the ideal candidate will have experience in Solar PV or Roofing. You will be working outdoors in all weather conditions, often at heights, so physical fitness and a readiness to tackle challenges are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work site
- Lead unloading deliveries and moving materials

All you will need is a full driver’s license and your own transport, as this role involves travelling to multiple sites. Essentials:
- Experience in PV Installations or Roofing
- Experience in leading a team
- Confident with working at heights
- CSCS card (or happy to train towards it)
- Full driver’s license
- Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
Your base of Operations:
Office, warehouse, and beyond. Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role, we are looking for candidates based in the Lincoln area. The position will involve some travel, including occasional overnight stays. Our working hours are 40 a week, Monday - Friday.
