We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of customer and business postal correspondents. No day will be the same - here are some of the highlights.

We're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented administrator to take ownership of our incoming and outgoing post processes from our Chippenham office. This role is critical in supporting customer communications, maintaining strong relationships with key external partners, and ensuring post-related activities are delivered accurately and efficiently. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll help ensure important communications reach the right people at the right time while delivering excellent internal support and service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end processing of incoming and outgoing post, ensuring all correspondence is handled accurately, securely and within agreed timescales.
  • Respond to departmental queries relating to post processing, providing timely and accurate support to internal stakeholders.
  • Complete a range of post-related administrative tasks, including investigating and resolving returned mail and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work closely with internal departments to understand their post requirements, ensuring services meet business needs and expectations.
  • Maintain and develop the relationship between Good Energy and Royal Mail, acting as a key point of contact for postal service matters.
  • Take responsibility for post management processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and service delivery.
  • Ensure all post-related activities are delivered to a high standard, supporting a positive experience for customers and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve post handling processes and administrative workflows, contributing to operational excellence across the business.
