Responsibilities:
- Acquisition Strategy Leadership: Lead delivery of the domestic acquisition marketing strategy, driving growth across our energy supply customer base.
- Performance Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated, high-impact campaigns that convert target audiences into customers.
- Marketing Roadmap Ownership: Own the domestic supply marketing roadmap, ensuring activity is aligned, timely, and maximises seasonal demand.
- Target Accountability & Forecasting: Take accountability for acquisition targets, forecasting performance and optimising activity to meet commercial goals.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Align internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns effectively and efficiently.
- Insight & Optimisation: Oversee campaign reporting and insight generation, using data to continuously improve performance.

Our office is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. For this role, we’re looking for candidates who can come into our Chippenham office once a week. We offer both formal and informal flexible working options. Full‑time hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
