- Enterprise‑scale campaign delivery: Lead the design and execution of integrated B2B campaigns that articulate the value of a complex, end‑to‑end proposition and consistently generate pipeline and revenue impact.
- Commercial ownership & influence: Act as a senior commercial partner to Sales, Product, Operations and the Executive team, ensuring marketing investment is tightly aligned to revenue targets, customer acquisition goals and long‑term growth strategy.
- Senior people leadership: Build, lead and inspire a high‑performing marketing team, providing strategic direction, coaching and development while embedding a culture of accountability, high standards and creative excellence.
- Operational rigour & governance: Drive operational excellence across the function, balancing strategic ambition with disciplined execution, clear prioritisation and strong performance management in a fast‑scaling organisation.

With a blend of strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery, you’ll be confident in leading teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll bring energy, creativity, strategic marketing experience and a collaborative spirit to help us grow our business and strengthen our brand.
- Essentials: Proven B2B or B2C marketing experience, with a strong track record of driving commercial growth and scaling a B2B customer base through effective, insight‑led marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success delivering results through integrated, multi‑channel go‑to‑market plans across multiple products and propositions.
- Confident people and stakeholder leader, with experience leading teams and presenting clear, compelling insights, performance updates and recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Strategic yet hands‑on, combining big‑picture thinking with strong project management and attention to detail to deliver at pace.
- Commercially astute and resilient, comfortable operating in a fast‑growing, high‑change environment and balancing competing priorities.
- Experienced in complex, cross‑functional delivery, working collaboratively across Sales, Product, Operations and partners to deliver campaigns, events and content that drive measurable impact.
- Quality‑driven and improvement‑focused, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, refine approaches and raise standards.
