No day will be the same - here are some of the highlights. As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end‑to‑end journey for our large commercial generator customers. Acting as a trusted partner, you’ll build strong long‑term relationships, manage portfolio performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects our values and purpose. You’ll work closely with customers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure accounts are managed efficiently from onboarding through to renewal, using data‑driven insights to maintain account health, resolve issues proactively, and support customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact for your customers, building trusted long‑term relationships through day‑to‑day support and structured review meetings.
- End‑to‑End Account Ownership: Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through to renewal, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience at every stage.
- Portfolio & Account Health: Monitor portfolio performance using reporting and data analysis to proactively identify issues, maintain billing accuracy, and support timely payments.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Origination, Operations, Finance, and third‑party partners to ensure contractual obligations are met and customers receive an efficient, joined‑up service.
- Commercial Problem Solving: Resolve complex customer queries by balancing customer needs with business priorities, escalating risk appropriately and delivering commercially sound solutions.
- Customer Retention & Growth: Understand the strategic value of each customer portfolio, supporting retention and identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and cross‑sell services.

We offer both formal and informal flexible working options. Full‑time hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
