In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality Solar PV installations for our commercial customers. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, so we’re seeking candidates with experience in Solar PV or Roofing. You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, often at heights, so physical fitness and a readiness to tackle challenges are essential.

What you'll need to succeed:

We're looking for a confident and motivated Solar PV Installer or Roofer with hands-on experience to join our growing team. While a CSCS card is desirable, we’re happy to support you in getting this certification if you don’t already have one. All you’ll need is a full driver’s license and your own transport, as this role involves travelling to multiple sites.

Essentials:

• Experience in PV Installations or Roofing
• Confident with working at heights
• CSCS card (or happy to train towards it)
• Full driver’s license
• Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check

Your base of Operations: Office, warehouse, and beyond. Our head office is in Chippenham, Wiltshire, with additional offices and warehouses in Lincoln, Ringwood (Hampshire), and Kent. For this role, we’re looking for candidates based in the Lincoln area. The position will involve some travel, including occasional overnight stays. Our working hours are 40 a week, Monday - Friday.
