About the Role
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships that meet client objectives and agency standards. This role acts as the primary point of contact for key accounts, driving strategic growth, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions. The Senior Account Manager plays a critical role in fostering client trust, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring the agency’s work consistently exceeds expectations. This role will be working across commercial and charity clients, delivering an exciting breadth of work, including digital, social, print, video and branding.
Setting high standards, showing diligence, having a keen eye for detail, multitasking, and bringing energy and inspiration to those around you is key. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential – ensuring client satisfaction is maintained throughout a project, understanding their pressure.
The person we're looking for
The Senior Account Manager will have a passion for charities, purpose and doing good, with an understanding in the sectors we work in and the products we offer. Candidates will ideally come with charity or purpose background, and have integrated experience working on a range of accounts, with strong direct & integrated marketing skills, including delivering digital projects and multi-channel campaigns end to end.
Pay range and compensation package
The salary range is between £35,000 - £40,000.
