Role Summary

We are hiring multiple Account Director roles and are looking for people who can start ASAP. We are open to people who can join us on either a temp to perm basis or in a permanent position, bringing energy, leadership and a solutions first mindset to every brief. We are looking for a commercially astute account handler who thrives working in close partnership with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects, end to end, keeping work on brief, within the agreed budget and timings. Having a keen eye on the detail, without ever losing sight of the bigger ambition, building and deepening client relationships with satisfaction, earning trust by consistently helping the agency deliver outstanding work. With a proactive, solutions-first mindset, you relish making things happen. Clients see you as an essential partner; your team sees you as a motivating force. You’re a natural leader, bringing energy and momentum to every project, delivering flawless project handling, offering clarity and guidance to more junior members. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Services
    • Organising end-to-end project logistics from briefings and client Kick-offs to final delivery and implementation.
    • Planning the agency’s response, both reactively and proactively, across a portfolio of clients and projects.
    • Ensure the team/agency is consistently producing high quality work across a project life cycle, exceeding client expectations.
    • Developing strong relationships with Clients at a mid-senior level, proactively holding conversations around objectives and project scopes to help GOOD grow its remit.
    • Inspiring and motivating Clients around the work.
    • Demonstrating excellent communication skills to express strategic views with gravity and a clarity of thinking.
    • Maintaining high levels of standards in project management in line with GOOD’s Client Service KPIs.
    • Strong stakeholder management of internal teams and senior management. Escalating issues where necessary.
    • Exercising a good eye for creativity and attention to detail across work before it leaves the building.
    • Experience working across multiple disciplines, with ability to manage several projects & clients at once.
  • Business Development (New & Existing clients)
    • Proactively seeking up sell and cross sell opportunities across a portfolio of clients.
    • Participation in new business initiatives (capacity depending) and pitches.
    • Managing GOOD’s response on a select number of pitches.
    • A strong demonstration of commercial awareness and ambition for growth.
    • Meeting/surpassing the financial targets set for each client and project.
    • Leading the team to maintain accurate monthly Client forecasts with clear notification to management where there might be delays or risks.
    • Ensuring the team manages projects effectively and meets the agreed KPIs for income, profit margins, utilisation etc.
  • Team Management
    • Ability to lead teams with passion, energy, commitment, and excitement.
    • Managing team resources according to income and profit.

Hybrid working - Office days are between Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
