Startup Options (As at April 2026): itoms | Napp

Backing: Fully incubated by Good add Ventures (A Tech-for-Good venture studio)

The Studio Mission: Technology for Humanity

Modern technology is failing us. From addictive algorithms to the erosion of truth, the majority of software has prioritised shareholder value over human well-being. At Good add Ventures (GaV), we are reversing this trend and believe in creating sustainable Unicorns with our profits generated by caring for our audience. We are a venture studio that builds 'Tech-for-Good' startups, protected by a mandatory Code of Ethics and a legal "Mission-Lock." We are searching for 'Showman' CEOs—visionary leaders, master communicators, and relentless operators—to take the helm of our active ventures and lead them from pre-seed to Series A. You can choose to apply for a specific startup or ALL current and future startups in our portfolio.

  • itoms (ito.ms) | Communication Reimagined

The Mission: Kill the Attention Economy

About itoms: Modern social technology is an ethical failure that diminishes human wellbeing. itoms is a decentralised communication platform built on a singular principle: Brands and creators must own their content and their audience directly—with zero ads, zero algorithms, and zero noise.

The Goal: To replace extractive social media with a "Tech-as-Bridge" alternative.

  • Napp (napp.tech) | Universal Cognitive Restoration

    The Mission: Restore Human Vitality

In an age of constant digital stimulation and chronic stress, we have lost the ability to truly rest. Napp is a restorative technology platform designed to improve general mental and physical wellbeing by facilitating deep, intelligently timed recovery sessions.

About Napp (The Mainstream App): Our primary focus and core consumer offering. Positioned alongside platforms like Headspace and Calm, Napp uses proprietary restorative logic to help general users achieve profound mental and physical recovery within their own homes or quiet spaces.

About Napp Pro (VR): A specialised B2B extension for high-stakes professionals (medical, transportation, military, corporate) who operate in extreme, high-pressure environments. This version uses immersive VR to provide rapid "emergency" cognitive restoration where traditional rest environments are impossible.

The Goal: To move beyond simple meditation into active cognitive and physical restoration, improving long-term health and daily performance.

The Studio Model: De-Risked Innovation

Unlike a traditional startup journey, you are not starting from zero.

The Foundation: Each startup is born from a pool of 20+ validated ideas and comes with a functional MVP, a clear brand and ethical roadmap.

The Powerhouse: You are supported by Creamos (www.creamos.com), our world-class creative agency, providing full-spectrum strategy, branding, and product development.

The Council: You will work alongside the venture studio and agency head, Stephen Gray and our Advisory Board to ensure every decision aligns with our mission.

The Role & Roadmap

As the Founder/CEO, you will lead the venture through its $1M Pre-Seed and $3M Seed rounds.

  • Phase 1 (Pre-Funding): Lead business operations, investor outreach, and market traction, supported by the GaV studio team.
  • Phase 2 (Post-Funding): Lead the recruitment of your executive team (CMO and CPO).
  • Phase 3 (Scaling): Drive the mission toward a Series A close and beyond.

The Package

  • Initial Equity: 50% equity (shared equally with the studio), targeting a final stake of 25% post-Seed.
  • Incentive Pool: A 10% pool is reserved for your future team (9%) and advisors (1%).
  • Salary Progression: Starting at a £25,000 stipend, rising to ~£50,000 post-Pre-Seed and ~£100,000 post-Seed.
  • Vesting: 1-year cliff and a 6-year vesting period.
