NPI Project Engineer (Photonics) in Torquay

Gooch & Housego Torquay is seeking a motivated NPI Project Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. In this hands-on role, you will lead New Product Introduction projects, ensuring products transition smoothly from prototype to volume manufacturing while meeting performance and quality targets.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver robust solutions that support business growth objectives. You will need a degree in engineering or a relevant science discipline and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
