Role is based Onsite at our Cardiff site.
What You’ll Do:
- Carry out routine / preventative maintenance activities on all production equipment.
- Production focused, react to unplanned equipment breakdowns, process changeovers, health and safety actions, and machine setup.
- Involved in installation qualifications, risk assessments, PUWERs, and LOTOs.
- Working with process engineering, to monitor equipment performance, and strive for continuous improvement.
Who You Are:
- Apprenticeship (or equivalent formal qualifications, NVQ 3 / HNC / BTEC) in electrical maintenance manufacture with PLC experience (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron).
- Works well under time‑bound pressure as part of a team, and independently.
- Highly motivated, with a strong focus on Safety, Quality, and Delivery.
- It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in mechanical maintenance, working on fast paced automation equipment.
