Salary - £32,000 We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and service-driven Wellness (Spa) Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our spa and wellness facilities.
In this role you will ensure high service standards, and provide exceptional health and beauty treatments to hotel guests and members.
What we offer £32,000 per annum Permanent, full-time contract (40hrs per week) We are committed to delivering a luxurious and rejuvenating wellness experience.
As a Wellness Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily spa operations and ensuring an exceptional level of service for all guests.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Supervising the Wellness Therapist to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
Providing a range of spa treatments, including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies.
Training and mentoring spa therapists to enhance their skills and maintain consistency in treatment delivery.
Ensuring all treatment rooms, spa areas, and relaxation spaces are clean, well-presented, and fully stocked.
Assisting with spa scheduling, ensuring appointments are efficiently managed to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
