We are currently recruiting for an engaging and driven Bartender to join our Truly Talented team.

Your role:
The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean – a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene. You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar. Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well. Enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs. You'll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you'll continually learn and develop.
If you are passionate:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a busy environment
- Excellent personal presentation
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health
- Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision
- Excellent communication skills
