We are currently recruiting for a Linen Porter to join our Truly Talented team. Reporting directly to the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel and supporting with the laundry operation. You will perform all required tasks and ensure that our guests are receiving an excellent guest experience.

Your role:
As a Linen Porter, your focus will be to support in creating positive and memorable experiences for guests through high standards of cleanliness and efficient service. Responsibilities of the Linen Porter will include but are not limited to:
- Welcoming and acknowledging all guests; anticipating and addressing guests’ service needs
- Ensuring that all guests rooms and public areas are beautifully presented to our guests, playing a key role in creating exceptional experiences
- Responsible for the laundry operation, ensuring linen is delivered on time and performing checks to ensure linen is of high quality
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is always delivered in line with our core values and standards
The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting. The core skills and experience required to succeed:
- Highly self-motivated, confident, decisive and able to work with limited supervision
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guests needs
